Will I always have the same editor?
No, you will have up to 3 Editors who are all trained up on your content and, can cover for each other in the event of vacations and/or emergencies. We will assign them based on availability.
How will this work?
1. Sign-up and get your confirmation email
2. Attend your onboarding call for training and for us to understand your content (EZ-er plans only)
3. We'll send you access to your database you can easily upload your raw footage and instructions
4. Get a notification that we've recieved your upload and that we've started editing
5. Sit back & Relax!
