General Overview:
This Policy sets forth the terms under which refunds are processed for our services and products. The Policy is bifurcated into two sections: one covering Subscriptions and the other addressing One-Time Purchases.
Section 1: Subscriptions
Definition of 'Subscription': A 'Subscription' refers to a service or product that is billed on a recurring basis, with the billing frequency established at the time of your subscription. Unless otherwise stated in your initial quote, subscriptions are auto-billed, meaning the payment will be automatically taken from your designated account. Manual invoicing for subscriptions is not standard practice unless explicitly stated in your initial quote.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions: For Second Billing Cycle Onwards: Subscriptions are non-refundable except as outlined in this Policy. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the initial processing of your payment, a full refund will be provided.
For First Billing Cycle:
Monthly Subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of initial processing.
Quarterly Subscriptions: Full refund within 21 days of initial processing.
Annual Subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of initial processing.
Section 2: One-Time Purchases
Definition of 'One-Time Purchase': A 'One-Time Purchase' refers to any product or service purchased on a non-recurring basis. This includes any standalone service or product provided by EZ Edits Ltd. for which there is no ongoing billing cycle.
Refund Policy for One-Time Purchases: Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds for One-Time Purchases are available only under specific conditions. The customer must demonstrate with credible evidence that all advice, suggestions, and teachings provided as part of the purchased service or product have been fully implemented consistently for a consecutive period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Request Submission: Requests for refunds must be submitted via email ([email protected]) after the 30-day implementation period and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ascertain the eligibility for a refund.
General Terms Applicable to All Refunds:
Agreement to Terms: Processing of the initial payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
Waiver: By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to dispute, contest, or challenge the enforceability or validity of this Policy.
Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at our discretion or against any customer we believe is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised policy or change to the service(s) on our website.
Acceptance of Terms: Your continued use of our service(s) and/or initial purchase constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Policy.
